Bottle at home. Pours a hazy amber colour with an off-white head. Quite fruity aroma of grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, pine, grass, mango, jelly beans and some diacetyl. A little dusty aroma as well. The flavour is more hoppy with pine, grass, caramel and grapefruit. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, medium body and a medium to heavy bitterness. Solid IPA. Fruity and hoppy, the latter in the flavour. Too bad with the diacetyl.

On tap @ Kick. Unclear dark orange body with an off-white head. Nice aroma of malt and citric fruit like peach. Flavor is sweet malty, caramel, citric fruit, some pine and good balance bitterness. Fine body with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. A very nice and refreshing IPA with balanced malt and a bit weak carbonation. The slightly lower alcohol makes this a bit more balanced than Humlehelvete IMO.

On tap at Kick. A hazy one, golden in color and with a small, dense light beige head. Lots of tropical fruits in the aroma, with citrus peel and pine cones. Not much maltyness going on. It’s perhaps lacking some on body fullness, but the mouthfeel is nice anyway. Decent, although a bit low, carbonation level, and not too sweet. A fine bitterness controls the sweetness there is. Pine cones, resin, citrus peel and a hint of pineapple and peaches. Lasting finish. Definitely a nice one, but as Humlehelvete it needs more carbonation. Could easily drink more of this. 140405
