Rating #8400! Deep dark copper and bronze coloured body with a light orange and even ruby tint, all underneath a two to three centimetre tall tan head that fades fairly quickly, but leaves a nice thin layer on top. Aroma of deep allspice, canella, clove and a dash of caramelised sugars, apples, pears and a dose of light alcohol and some noticeable, but nice malt in the nose as well. Medium-bodied; Strong malty and deep squash note shows first with a lot of the spice notes by far the strongest with the canella and allspice most pungent, with a dash of cloves and some more pungent malt that really adds to the body. Aftertaste is rich and robust with the squash, spice, malt, alcohol and especially caramelised sugar notes all balanced very well with a great complexity from the spice and squash, but still nice and sweet. Overall, a very nice, relatively elegant squash based beer with a ton of spices and excellent balance amongst all the flavours that seems to have done quite well in the bottle over these years and the pond, with some of the squash body definitely missing, but not in a horrible way. I sampled this 33 cL bottle, purchased from Beer Odalom in Budapest, Hungary on 24-March-2016 for HUF745, sampled at my house here in Washington on the other side of the Atlantic on 14-September-2020 at the start of the Halloween season!

Szotyi helyett tökmag aroma sejlik fel belőle, mely később oly módon felerősödik mint amikor ziccerbe kilépés közbe az ember ráharap a tökmag héjára.

On tap at Monyo pub. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread, orange zest, honey, cinnamon and cloves. Classic pumpkin spice taste. A bit too sweet for my taste, but definitely a fine beer.

bottle @ supermarket. orange colour, normal body, semi carbonated, ginger, cinemon, and dominant clove taste, just in the end appears the pumpkin aroma, awesome constellation for winter time! MUST TRY!!

Narancssárgába hajló borostyán szín, semmi hab. Illata intenzív, édeskés, első blikkre inkább gyömbérre tippelnék mint sütőtökre. Íze a sült sütőtök és a sör furcsa összhagja, de nem rossz, inkább szokatlan. Kicsit soknak találom az alkoholt, egy-két százalék minusz talán szerencsésebb lett volna. Utóíze a korty folytatása, de a kortyhoz képest dominánsabb a tök. Testes sör, egy sörkóstoló izgalmas darabja lehet.
