Vanilla Zuidam Old Genever (12y On Oak) Milk Stout. Soft smooth Vanilla Milk Stout, Infused with Zuidam Old Genever aged 12 year on American oak. This Old Genever is rare and difficult to get in liquor stores. Before infusion we put the Madagascar vanilla beans for 2 months in the Old Genever. The taste is much softer and smoother then the Black. The taste is very smooth with vanilla, toffee, oak and chocolate. We used for the Black and Yellow the same Stout with Lactose.

Tap at Rootz festival. Almost black with creamy dark beige head. Vanilla, sweet red berries, marshmallow, honey, lots of candies, winegums, 🍭 🍬, flowery. Quite sweet, medium bitter and light tart. Solid medium bodied with slick feel and soft carbonation.

24-11-18 // taster at 4. CraftBeerMesse Mainz. Strong vanilla nose. So Smooth for the Abv. Creamy and full bodied. Lactose milk stout base. Choco. Mild jenever notes.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A very dark brown beer with a small white head. Aroma of vanilla, sugar, coffee, caramel. Taste of sweet chocolate, caramel, vanilla, wood.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Lightly cloudy, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- lots of chocolate, coffee, caramel, gin. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, quite warming, roasted malts, chocolate. Medium to fuller bodied.

Bottle at derat. Aroma of malt, oak, booze and juniper. Taste has juniper, vanilla, lacto, malt, caramel, chocolate and oak. Smooth mouthfeel. This is really nice.
