Tap @ Rootz. Deep dark brown color. Roast, vanilla, oak and bourbon in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with clearly present oak, dried fruit and marzipan. Lovely!

Tap at Rootz Winterbier. Dark with tan head. Big sweet and sticky roasted chocolate malts, caramels, toast, fruity sweetness, sweet boozy madness. Big sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at Rootz festival. Black with light brown head. Thick bourbon, roast, marzipan, toffee, green leaves, rough boozy notes, light smoke and ash, soft berries and vanilla. Over medium sweet and medium bitter with very light tart finish. Full bodied.
