--Canned, from Beerselection, Budapest. -- Hazy golden, rich lively head. Aroma of marzipan and marmelade. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough and marzipan, some apricot. Low bitterness.

330ml bottle at Beerselection in Budapest. Pours hazy yellow with a tall white head. Aroma is banana, yeast, spicy hops. Taste is light to medium sweet, wheat, fruity. Dry finish.

Sokakban merülhet fel a kérdés, ahogy bennem is: És hogy akkor mi is az a grisette? Hát egy grisette típusú szűretlen történelmi búzasör. Ez már eleve egy önmaga farkába harapó kígyót vizionál előttem. A sör az olyan szezonos, goses. Átéreztem a lényegét, de nem igazán jött be.
