Pale Ale - American Style / APA Regular
Score
6.64
ABV: 6.0% IBU: - Ticks: 4
The newest member of our beer collection is a “modern craft”, an American Pale Ale (APA), which is made with the addition of the noblest Amarillo hop. Besides the Abbey Beers this is a fizzier, lighter type of beer the taste of which prevails mostly in a hot summer. The lightness featuring APA beers, the strong character of hop and the fruitiness of yeast appear together in it. Its alcohol level is 5.9 V/V%, its colour is golden, similar to the Thomas Menner 1701 Abbey Ale, due to the hop.

From tap. Slightly hazy orange body with a yolk head. Aroma of bready malts, toffee and some piny, grassy hops. Taste of bread, toffee, pine, citruses and grass. The hoppyness is quite intense. Nice one.
