A collaboration beer brewed with Beavertown Brewery in London, that has become so popular we now brew it regularly. White IPA is a hybrid between Belgian Witbier and American IPA, utilizing coriander seed, orange peel, persian limes, and lots of citrusy American hops.

Tap. Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green. Hazy amber. Tight, creamy, sticky, off white head. Looks lovely. Nose has sweet, toffee malts. Some granary bread. Peachy, pineapple hop. Pineapple cube sweets. Taste follows in the sweet, sticky vein. Light bitterness. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Light bitter finish. Tasty, although a bit sweet for me.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a white head, soe lacings and heavy not so nice looking floaties. Aroma of malt, wheat, spice, parfume, sweet fruity hops, pine. Flavor is light sweet, malt, wheat, sweet fruity, pineapple, spice, parfume, pine. Medium to full body, average carboation, light bitter finish. 311215

Bottled@AIH53 (Vinmonopolet, Kirkenes). Goilden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and some nectary notes with some sweet malts. Flavour is fruity, nectary and some slight herbal and wooden notes. Balanced. Alcohol and some floral and fruity notes.
