Bottle. Cloudy, honey-yellow, average white foam. Aroma: a lot of fruits and spices, coriander, candy, wheat and malt. Taste: candy, spices, malt, pleasant hop bitterness, yeast, fruits.

0.5l bottle. Oh, this has a lot of big flakey grey hop and yeast sediments! Didn't notice until the end, but this is absolutely packed with the stuff. The beer itself is quite cloudy with a really nice warm orange color and a nice big lingering and lacing white head. On the nose I get a good amount of sweetness, banana yeast, sweet apples, oranges and it smells well hopped. A really inviting aroma indeed. Tastes good also. Sweetish again, lots of nice banana yeastiness. It feels light oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation level. Had expected a tad more fizz to be honest. There's also a mild alco warmth as it's gliding down the throat. A faint peppery spicy hint towards the finish. Coriander perhaps? Or maybe just the abv? Yeah, I like it. Nothing out of the ordinary but a good drinkable relatively high abv wittish-ipa. 04.04.2015

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, rich hops, coriander, malt and has a fruity bitter finish.

Bottle, 8%. Distinct grapefruit aroma, clean and pleasant. Cloudy amber colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is fruity with a teaish coriander note. Has a faint citrus note as well. The bitterness is not as high as expected, but distinct and very clean. Also very well-balanced for the style. Quite muddy at the bottom, but still tastes good.

500ml bottle at the Shrewsbury Beer Share Group meeting on 7th March 2016, provided by Mat, cheers mate. Poured a cloudy/hazy golden with enough floating sediment to get in your teeth and beyond, on top sat a wispy white head. Nose was both fruity and spicy aroma, taste similar: I thought it different and interesting but could have done without the floating mess it presented on pouring.

500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, March 16, donated by myself, bought from Olbuttiken, Copenhagen. Pours hazy gold, bit of a snowstorm actually, the floaters absolutely refusing to settle. Spicy aroma, continuing to taste. Cardamom? Tastes like a Scandinavian Christmas beer, not necessarily a bad thing. I liked it.
