Fles 33cl thuis gedeeld. Chocolade, gember, dennenaalden, roasted malts, suikers, beetje caramel, laurier, drop, wat zoutig, kruiden, bittertje in de nadronk. Veel smaken. Wat waterig. (4-1-2020).

Bottle. Dark brown color. Caremal, a hint of licorice, ginger and nutmeg in the aroma. Thin. Malty sweetish, caramel, licorice in the flavor. Interesting.

Bottle @ home. Opaque brown color with a small to average sized light brown head. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, malt bitter, a light sweet note in the distance but in the end pretty bitter. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation.

Bottle. Color: Hazy dark brown, thin beige head. Taste: Dark roasted malt, strong herbal notes of heather, thyme, hints of chocolate. Moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Long lasting herbal finish, slightly medicinally. A lot of taste for a 4.3% beer, that's for sure, but a tad too herbal for me.
