330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a large beige head. Aroma reveals a very complex Belgian yeast profile, with dark dried fruits, light spices, and a hint of toffee. Flavour is remarkably complex, with a wonderful Belgian yeast expression, a melange of spices, dark dried fruits, and light toffee. Carbonation is high but totally fitting for the style. Wow, where did this brewery come from? This is fantastic and can stand up there with the best of Belgian quads. Damn impressive.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with full fizzy tan head that settles qucikly. Aromas of candi sugar, toasted malts, raisins, and dry caramel. Flavors follow same with emphasis on malts and the dry side of candi sugar. A good Quad.

Donker roodbruin bier zonder schuim. Smaak is licht fruitig zoetzuur en warm met iets van chocolade, kersen en rozijnen. Heel geslaagd.

Bottle at home. Red brown color, beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, caramel, sweetish, a bit boozy caramel notes again. Quite pleasant. --restored rating, original rating got lost due to connection issues-- Quite alright.

Sampled @ Zythos Beer Festival 2022. A clear orange brown beer with a beige lacing . Aroma of sweet dark caramelized malt, chocolate, grains.
