473ml can. Pours a murky red-brown with a thin, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy malt, plum, raisin, earthy yeast and herbal (the laurel leaf I'm guessing?). Sweet fruity flavour of grainy malt, brown sugar, plum, raisin, prune, earthy yeast and herbal in a dry, tart lacto finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Well made, interesting and enjoyable.

473mL can, pours a dirty, rusted dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is quite earthy, with the bay leaf upfront, earthy saison yeast and a hint of dry plum. Flavour is dry, with earthy saison yeast, some dry plum, and some dirty earthiness that I suppose is from the bay leaf. A little jumbled and strange, with a sort of muddy palate. But it's somewhat enjoyable.

Can. Medium brown, but looks pretty muddy. Thin head. The aroma has a fair bit of plum, a bit tart, maybe a bit of acetic. On the palate, that laurel leaf comes out quite a bit, lending some sort of tannic accents. It's got a good body for the size, a mellow tartness, and then there's a bit of plum in the finish. The bay leaf is an odd element, but also the showpiece element. So it's a bit all over the place, even for a dark sour.
