Poured from 375mL bottle (technically Blend 2, though not identified on the label). Clear-ish gold with small white head. Brett with underlying vinous notes, just a hint of cloudberry rounding out the sauvignon character (there's not supposed to be apple, mcberko, it's bake apple - lol). Not bad.

Hazy and pale. Just a thin head. Has a fair bit of brett on the nose, along with some vinous notes. The wine barrel is really up front, but then there's that hint of cloudberry in there, lending complexity, before it dries out into a woody, bretty finish.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out gentle wild yeast, pithy stone fruits, acidity and a bit of vinous character. Flavour is moderately acidic, with a touch of wildness, some apple, and a little acetone. Don't get much apple or wild yeast. Not all that complex. It's alright.
