Sweet fruity flavour of lemon, orange, pineapple, mango, white wine and oak in a dry, acidic, tart lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Tasty and easy to drink.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of Brett, ground cherries , lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with Brett, cork, ground cherries, very nice and smooth. Cask Days 2019. I
