Can. Brown. The lavender is very upfront on nose, with cocoa present. I wasn't expecting to like the lavender flavour (as it risks being medicinal or overly floral). But, it comes across as a lot more herbaceous, and it plays off well against the dry cocoa flavours. The cocoa become much more predominant in the nose and glass as the beer warmed. Much better than I'd presumed.
