Using Cascara (coffee cherry) tea, and fermented with rooftop honey, this is complex, hazy, fruity, juicy, and spicy. Brewed for GABS 2019.

For some reason, my review was never uploaded. I remember the rating but nothing else. It was a nice beer.

Can. Fruity nose. Tea notes and honey sweetness, but with more typical hop burn. Intriguing choices.

From a 375ml can on 11/7/2019. Pours a hazy deep golden with a small head. Has a sharpish citrus nose and a bit of spice. The flavour is similarly sharp - some tangerine and lemon, as well as some stone fruit sweetness. There's a a distinct spiciness at the back that I assume is the cascara. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Unusual and quite pleasant.

Pours hazy amber, large head.Nose shows juicy tropical fruits along with earthy coffee.Flavours include more coffee, some pinapple, resinous piny hops. Finishes with a fair bitterness, a little harsh and astringent.
