Our 2019 Fresh Hop IPA was made from Galaxy picked from the HPA Rostrevor farm.
The Hops were brought back to the brewery on the same day and split between a whirlpool addition and straight into the fermentor.

Yellow with healthy white head. Some fruit on nose but more pine than you'd expect from Galaxy. Lovely forwardness and freshness, but still more piney than fruit. Dunno how they do it, or if my palate is confused, but overall I like.
