Bottle. Pours almost cherry read with little carbonation. Smells of plum and cherries. Turns out to be really quite fancy as it bridges the sparkling red wine-beer divide with aplomb. The sourness is not mouth puckering, but more of a crispiness. Very sophisticated indeed.
