Feelin blue being stuck in isolation? We have the answer for you!! Our first kettle sour is loaded with 200lb of blueberry puree to give the beer a beautiful balance between sweet and sour. This sour is super easy drinking and has quickly become a Castlegar favorite. Only available in cans at the moment. Be sure to pour it in a glass when you get home… the color is amazing!

Good muddy deep purple body and some nice foam. Nice blueberry on the nose, though it does come across more as purée than any kind of sourness or tartness. Taste is a very subdued blueberry, slightly sweet, but not really sour nor tart. Finishes wet. Needs some intensity to become memorable.
