Can shared at THT. Clear amber with almost white head. Soft caramel, flowery, sweet malts, light earthy, soap, dank herbs, light dead leaves, bread crust. Under medium sweet and just medium bitter. Almost medium bodied with oily feel.

Bottle 12fl.oz. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Uinta Cutthroat Pale Ale ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. First new you-intah in a bottle for a while. Nice bottle shape, pours great, no glugging. Drank this as a filler. Darker viscous liquid, looks like its a higher gravity lighter brown hazy thing. Smell is suspiciously sweet. Taste is oddly almost tart, but never gets there. Malty, thicker, with some carbonation. Quite different than many beers I've had lately. Qyuite difficult to drink even with its low alcohol. Yes, not sure what's going on here. Smoother slippery finish. No way is this in the same style as Indigo Imp Jester, Fin City White Marlin Pale Ale or even Crooked Tongue Easy on the Tongue. Its got about the same enjoyability as Flying Dog Doggie Style Pale Ale, so I guess that's a good thing?

Biscuits-N-Pine: The Beer. Pretty much as bland a pale ale as you can find, slightly sweet biscuit malt playing off of piney, moderately bitter hops. Slight citrus undertone, yet nothing really of note. Feel is thin and watery, and the nose comes across closer to an amber ale. A good craft beer for somebody who doesn’t like craft beer.
