Pomp 4 In de öllie Pomp 4 is geen bier om achteloos weg te tanken. Als je niet oppast is dit de (qua)druppel die je emmer doet overlopen. Pomp 4 is een regelrechte verwijzing naar de vorige bewoner vanonze brouwerij. Elke teug werkt als brandstof. De zoete alcoholische tonen met aroma’s van karamel, toffee en gedroogd fruit verwarmen het hart. Na een glas van Pomp 4 loopt alles een stuk gesmeerder, maar wees op uw hoede, want met deze krachtpatser van 10% ben je zo in de olie. Dit bier gaat prima samen met chocolade desserts en pittige, gerijpte kazen

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rozijnen. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet, caramel en rozijnen achtig.

Draft at 'Derde Waogeningse Beer Geeks Meeting: the new years edition', January 21, 2023. Color: Black. Aroma: Fruity, toffee, roasted malt. Taste: Fruity blueberry, raisins, toffee fudge, some roasted malt. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate sweet. moderate bitterness. Nice one.

Donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet en licht fruitig met iets van karamel, chocolade, wat rozijnen en druiven.

Fles 33cl thuis. Caramel, donker fruit, suikers, toffee, zoet, wat melkchocolade, licht droog, ver weg klein zuurtje, rozijn, bittertonen. (9-7-2021).

Bottle at home, amber beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit, ripe fruit. Taste is the same, bittersweet, not bad

Dark reddish brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of bittersweet caramel and malts. Full bodied.

Bottle. Brown color. Malt, butter and toffee in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet, caramelly buttery flavor with licorice and nutmeg. Very sticky. Not very good.

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker's place. Smooth grainy and slightly alcoholic beginning. Chocolate, not too complex, moderate bitter, dry and slightly alcoholic in the aftertaste.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A almost clear dark amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelish dark malt, red fruits, raisins. Taste of intense bitter hops, raisins, red malt, long bitter finish.
