aroma is fresh blueberries, blueberry pie. nice fresh aroma.
flavor is tart sour beer blueberries with a base of roasted malts and dark chocolate. the balance is really good, tilted a bit towards sour beer and tart blueberries but with a very solid chocolate stoutish balance that is solidly there, but does not make the beer less sourish and fresh. Very good job.
texture is thick and milkshakey

Keg at BD Waterloo, 10/05/23. Raspberry red with a crimson cap. Nose is mixed berry fruit compote, damp straw, grains, herb, blueberries. Taste comprises blueberry yoghurt, grass, balsa wood, light soured tang, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering close. Okay simple sour.

440ml can. Pours hazy deep purple with a big pink head. Aroma of blueberries, vanilla. Taste is sweet, blueberries, vanilla, lactose, light sour and tart. Medium body, thick for the ABV. Tasty stuff.
