Bottle. Dark brown color. Roast, licorice, juniper and genever in the aroma. Thinnish. Pear drups. Soft roast, juniper and genever in the flavor. Licorice. Has thinned considerably. Still a nice beer.

Bottle at home. Black with light tan head. Deep roasted malts, wood, sour wood, burnt wood, ash, black ink, juniper. Moderate sweet and bitter, light sour and quite dry.
