Extinct is the final destination for the endangered series. We took our imperial porter, Critically Endangered, and aged it in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. This beer contains 7 different malt grains and is hopped with German and British varieties. It has then taken two massive hits of vanilla, first load in the barrel and the second when it came out! This a milestone beer for us at Neon Raptor, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
There is no need to age this beer, we have done that for you.

Bottle picked up from Beer Gonzo, online shop, Earlsdon, Coventry. We're listening to Steve Lamaqs Music Festival special on 6 Music, cooking Fillet Steak and Truffle Chips. Pours black the head appears non existent, save for a few bubbles. Lots of chocolate, boozy, but I like the barrel ageing, it's great and works well. Thick in the mouth, it's really soft in the mouth, I really like it. A7 A4 T8 P5 Ov15 3.9
