Triple IPA 11% ABV brewed using London Fog yeast to highlight Cashmere, Columbus, Citra & Cascade hops. Contains lactose.
A big, luscious triple IPA brewed with our friends at northern monk. This juicy banger was brewed with a base of extra pale pils malt to keep a pale inviting colour despite it's high abv. It was also given the usual high quantities of oats and wheat with an added dose of lactose to really give this a luxurious juicy texture. This was followed by whirlpool additions of Cascade and galaxy and then hit with truck loads of Citra, Cashmere and more Galaxy giving a super soft beer with big notes of mango, lemon, pineapple and a touch of dank on the finish. Drink now!

440ml can. Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, mango, Taste is a bit sweet, tropical, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, apricot, slightly creamy lactose sweetness. Full bodied, smooth. Another excellent TIPA. Don't think the lactose was necessary but it was used well thankfully.

Can. Hazy dipa? Of course it is! Hazy innit? All those hazy dipas you had before hazy dipas were invented, well they don't count do they? This is a hazy dipa because it's hazy enough and juicy enough. Says someone! Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Mildly spicy hop intro. Juicy citrus with a good tropical fruits undertone. A little savoury skunk and soft pine rounds out a fairly comprehensive gamut of hop goodness. Yet there is nothing here that really leaps out of the unusual.
