Growler shared by Adam Jackson. Hazy bright yellow color. Nose is lots of citrus. Amarillo hops and a nice grassy note. Taste is more on the citrus side with low pine tones. Grapefruit, grass and citrus. The bitterness is here just low. The malt and hops are a really nice balance. A very nice brew and very tasty, just like everything else S. Hill brews. Tasty

1 Litre growler from the brewery 2 days ago.
A - Soft orange appearance, nice resilient creamy head with big bubbles.
S - Loads of fruity grapefruit with a hint of pine needle but not over the top with resinous characters.
T - Whoa. yeah, insanely bitter loads of citrus fruit and a touch of honey sweetness at the finish.
M - Nice creamy mouthfeel, loads of bubbles on the mouth swish. The water profile really brings out the hops
O - Yeah, LOVE this beer. Still partial to Society 2, 3 and 5 but this is a very good beer.
