330ml bottle from BrewDog Leicester, drunk in. Brownish red and mostly clear with a ring of beige head. Vinous, oaky notes on the nose, some red berry and maybe the hintiest hint sof white chocolate. Delicious tart taste with edges of red wine Vinegar and balsamic notes. A suggestion of coriander and of course more red berry and oak. Long vinous finish with incredible sour berry in the aftertaste. Oh wow, this is exquisite.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine media persistenza, color ambrato carico limpido, al naso funky legno aceto mela verde, in bocca è piena fruttata speziata malto frutta acerba mela verde mirtilli rossi aceto note legnose date dal barrique, carbonazione leggera, corpo rotondo, acida ma non esagerata, amaro percettibile. Trockener, getreidig säuerlicher Beginn. Geringe Bitterkeit, kernig, Essignoten, Trauben, feinwürzig. Langer fruchtig getreidiger Abgang, die Säure nimmt schnell ab. 10/11/11/11/11/11

33cl. Great fruity sour nose. The beer starts fruity fresh. Mild sour, moderate bitter with a very fruity back. Yellow fruits, pineapples and lychees. Passion fruit aroma there, very soft and fruity in the aftertaste. Great!
