Nya skörden ekologisk humle är bra. Så bra att vi bestämde oss för att brygga en 100% ekologisk New England IPA. En ljus och fyllig ale med låg beska. Ölet är rikligt humlat med sorterna Mandarina Bavaria samt Hallertauer Cascade. För en fyllig och juicelik munkänsla har vi förutom kornmalt bryggt ölet med vetemalt och havre.

(Can) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of mango, pineapple, grapefruit and lime. Fruity taste with mango, pineapple, grapefruit, lime, white bread and a mild citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fruity and refreshing. Nice one.

330ml Can - Murky golden/light amber with a foamy head. Floral aroma with notes of orange, mandarin and lychees. Hoppy, fruity and slightly sweet and creamy taste with notes of orange, mandarin, vanilla and pine. Nice and pleasant to see a NEIPA done with hops grown in Europe.

Burk. Mjuk, mild och mycket tropisk frukt. Tyvärrs förstöra mycket av min upplevelse av en hopburn som nästan drar åt plasthållet.

Can from Systembolaget Bromma Blocks. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, mild tropcial fruit and some flowers. The same in the taste. Soft and easy to drink.

Burk från SB. Gul disig vätska med lågt vitt skum. Ingen typisk NEIPA utan lite kakigare kropp, humle som inte är så fruktig utan snarare är grön, gräsig, grönt te, blommor, nektar och lite honungsmelon. Snäll men lite sträv beska. Kanske fel humleval för att få gtill en NEIPA men resultat ganska bra ändå. Gott

Hazy towards orange. Full head at first. Mango and pineapple aroma. Tropical fruit taste with medium bitterness.

Burk från SB. Mörkgul djupt disig med vit krona. I utseende, kropp och karaktär typisk hazy IPA. De lite mer klassiska humlesorterna skapar lite utav en mindfuck dock. Istället för de typiska tropiska frukt-tonerna blir det lite mer av kakighet, grönt te, blommiga toner och honung. I frukt närmast honungsmelon. Välgjort men smakmässigt lite udda.
