Russian Imperial Stout
The third beer in the Doom Series saga in which Cervezoteca Malte, NaparBCN and Branca Studio got in on the action. Dark, slow, and lingering sounds were the source of inspiration in this tribute to the band Electic Wizard, the muse that brought about this Russian Imperial Stout that is enchanted with lactose, Ethiopian coffee and haba tonka.
Ingredients: Water, malts, Etiopian coffee, hops, lactose, tonka bean natural flavour and yeast.

Draught @ VAF2018, [ Vilnius Beer Festival 2018 ], Menu fabrikas Loftas, Švitrigailos 29, Vilnius 03209, Litauen.[ As Laugar / Kraftank Barcelona The Doom Series: Funeralopolis ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, coffee, cake - tonka, alcohol, light to moderate milk chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, cake - tonka, spicy, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, milk chocoalte. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20181201] 8-3-8-4-16

Black with dark head. Aroma starts with strong coffee before tonka starts to come through. Flavour is similar but with added sweetness of chocolate and coconut.

(Keg at St Urhos Pub Stout- ja portteripäivät 2019) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee, dark chocolate and tonka beans. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, tonka beans, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, tonka beans and bitterness. A decent burnt brew with too much tonka beans.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Deep brown pour, almost black. Brown foam. Deep roast nose, bitter chocolate. Booze and a bit of velvety cocoa. Tastes smooth, sweetish and well balanced. Chocolate and cocoa, toffee and molasses. Drink way too easy. Herbal hoppy finish. Good one.

Draft at Beerlovers Bar, Antwerp. Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of coffee, roast, chocolate, coconut and fudge. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Beerlovers Bar Antwerpen. A black beer with a small tan head. Aroma of dark roasted coffee, chocolate malt, cookies. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, some liqourice, vanilla, oily mouthfeel, great.
