Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Huge gusher. Aroma is phenolic yeast with citrus, orange, touch of banana, some wheaty malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. A bit messy but I dig the aroma.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of banana yeast, wheat, creamy peach and esters. Taste has banana yeast, esters, sugar and wheat. Only faintly hopped, more weizen than sipa, but it's allright.

Welcome home bottle shared at home thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy golden with fluffy off white head. Cloves, tea, spicy yeast, dank citrus hops, soft breadcrust, quite some bitter herbs. Under medium sweet, medium bitter. Just medium with a bit dry finish. Not that bad, but the yeast and hops don’t go too well together.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Sweet malts, dry malts, citrus fruity peels, spices, light grassy. Moderate sweet and quite bitter, light spicy. About medium body and soft carbonation.

24/VII/18 - 33cl bottle from World of Drinks (Rotterdam), shared @ the Abeels' home - BB: 7/VI/20 (2018-893)
Note: darn, another first one, missed because of my huge backlog. Pretty clear orange beer, big aery yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. No yeast in the beer? I thought this was an session weizen? Aroma: lots of banana, bit fruity, little metallic. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of banana, yeast, some cloves, very typical hefeweizen flavours. Turning a bit bitter, like long chewed gum that has lost all it's flavourings. Aftertaste: little metallic, fruity, banana peel, unpleasant bitterness.
