Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange cloudiness with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet & tart notes of strawberries, lactose
Flavor: once again, it's sweet & tart through the prior noted aromas, not much sour here; finishes through sweet & tart with the strawberries & lactose
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; pretty smooth
Overall: basically, a no frills strawberry & lactose beer. Not bad, I think I could come back to this.

Good amount of strawberry purée. Seedy. The lactose knocks down the sourness to a mild tartness. So it is somewhat balanced. Although it isn’t sweet or tart. The trend of lactose being used in multiple styles continue. Meh.
