We dedicated this beer to Paul Nudd’s mural in our brewhouse. The addition of guava blends beautifully with the tartness and fermentation profile of our house yeast and bacteria, creating an incredibly drinkable and refreshingly well-balanced tart beer. Grab a 4 pack and get your freak on.

From tap at Planet Oedipus 2018. Nicely sour with an aroma of light grain, gooseberries, citrus, lemon, and slight tropical notes. Very citrussy and puckering sour flavour. Body is medium. Hits the the right notes for me with its fruity aroma and puckering sour flavour.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. On tap at brewery.
