PINTA Hazy Disco Midwest - DDH IPA collab with American Forager and Transient breweries located in the Great Lakes area. Hazdy Disco Midwest is an IPA double-hopped with the most aromatic varieties from USA and Australia.
Ingredients: water, barley malt: Pilsen, wheat malt; oat flakes; hops Citra® (USA), Idaho-7™ (USA), Galaxy™ (AUS), Enigma™ (AUS); yeast Fermentis SafAle™ US-05.

Puszka 0.5l (BB 14.07.2020). Zmętnione, złociste z obfitą, trwałą, białą pianą. Aromat pełen nut chmielowych, cytrusów, żywicznych aż lekko gryzący i choć nie jest jakoś szczególnie intensywny to bardzo przyjemny. Delikatne w smaku z niewielką, żywiczną goryczką, lekkie w idealnym ciałem, gładkie, takie zwiewne z subtelną słodką nutą gdzieś w tle ale raczej od chmieli, o ile to możliwe, niż słodu. Ogólnie bardzo dobra, soczysta IPA.

Can sourced from Beerdome shared at home - very hazy yellow with a white head. Bold juicy fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit, lemon, pine needles, soft sweet malty and pillowy mouthfeel, medium body, assertive hoppy finish. Very nice. Hard to choose between both these hazy disco versions. Both very solid.

Złota barwa, zamglone, piana zdobi szklankę. W aromacie przede wszystkim nuty nafty, delikatnie wyczuwalne cytrusy oraz białe owoce. W smaku bardzo podobnie jak w aromacie. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, nasycenie również. Całkiem w porządku IPA.
