330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Slightly restricted, maybe head-hushed, fruity and slightly piney, hoppy aroma, caramel and pale malty background with a cautious touch of almond, hints of orange, orange zest, some grapefruit, a touch of red apple. Taste is piney and fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, caramel malty, rather unspecific but widespread fruitiness from red apple via yellow stone fruit to citrus and tropical fruit, some piney hoppy aspects as well. Rather watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine but minimally gruff, prickly carbonation. Fruit - yes / cake - no. Solid, average IPA.

Bottle. Amber color. Dried fruit, caramel and a hint of roast in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet with licorice and a hint of citrus. Moderate hop character, building up in the aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle at home. Bbf january 2019. Golden with white head. Sweet malts, pine resin, caramel, fruity, orange peel, grassy, and somewhat nutty. Quite sweet and syruppy, quite bitter as well. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit of a classic IPA leaning towards a double IPA. Pretty nice.

Many thanks to my SummerSanta TomHendriksen for this bottle! Fruity smooth and mild nose. The beer starts fruity and grainy, malty and somehow unround. Deep floral, but sticky and a bit harsh in flavour. Somehow unround with a grainy and moderate bitter aftertaste.

33 cl. bottle @ Alex and Suus, shared with Suus. Clear dark amber with a thin white head. Malty caramel aroma with of course some fruity hops. Bitter sweet taste. Focus is more on the malts than on the hops in this one. If this is intentional or if it's just an old bottle I do not know. Nor do I really care because it's still a fine beer.
