Granadilla Sour

Acid Queen, our Spring seasonal, is a kettle-soured beer, brewed and conditioned with fresh granadilla, with a light-bodied blast of tart fruitiness, and celebrates your (and Tommy’s) coming of age into real left-field beer appreciation. Acid Queen is light and hazy in colour with a fresh fruity aroma and a mouth puckeringly tart, crisp finish. She’s a real breath of fresh air, bringing on a very big O to your taste buds!

Bottle from Rowland Liquors. It pours cloudy dirty blonde with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, tangy, juicy fruits earth, slightly chalky and orange sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, bright, juicy, some acidity, lemon sherbet, gooseberry, white grape skin, minerals, gooseberry and granny smith apple with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Decent go at a sour. Drinks very easy.
