Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A light hazed petrol gold coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, super fresh juicy apple, white sugars, fruitella, juicy, pear. Flavour is composed of light tart, mealy apple, floury, tart, mineral, fizzy, light tart. Palate is semi sweet, tart, bitty, highish carbonation.

30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is tangy apply, floral, apple core, touch of caramel. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Decent.

Panda at home, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 04/10/22. Light haze on a golden orange pour with a white crown. Nose is apple skins, caramel, sugars, apple pie. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light funk, popcorn, sweet tones, apple sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent flavoursome affair with a light acidic tickle.

750ml bottle from Cork & Cask. 2018 Vintage. Murky orange gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, short-bread. Taste is fleshy, apple, fruity, tart, with stone fruit notes plus some citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
