Vuur & Vlam is an overly hopped beer. Yet, it's not aggressive in it's bitterness or too grassy from the hops. We mainly retrieve the fruit and floral aromas from the hops. Giving it a huge hop character with the nasty bitterness. Flavor indication: citrus, floral, light grassy. Translates as Fire & Flames

Appearance is light amber and hazy, an enormous pure white rocky head- this one fizzes out of the bottle. Aroma- grapefruit, orange, hoppy, fruit juice. Taste- lots of orange, tangerine, maltiness underneath, hop resins, hint of banana, grapefruit, bitter finish. Nice.

Bottle at the 7th Tasting in Belgrade-Serbia, courtesy of Colin. Thank you Colin, this bottle was really fresh bottled 10th of February 2015. Finally a fresh IPA from De Molen. Pours golden cloudy going dark, decent white cap. Nose: malty, floral, a bit grainy far away. Mouth: nice soft carbonation, elegant maltiness, soft dry-hopping overall palate. Elegant IPA!

Cloudy amber with a very strong white head and lacing. Overfoaming even. Aroma is quite flowery, citrus and sweet fruits. Taste follows the nose with the sweet malt, citrus-orange, sweet fruits, and strong floral hoppiness. Bitter dry finish. Medium bodied and quite refreshing.
