50cl bottle @Vaasa sessions. Golden color, thick white head. Candy notes and sweet fruits. Floral, hoppy, dry candy notes. Lacks something.

Bottle 500ml @ Gunnfryd 50th birthday tasting
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, wheat and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly dry, wheat, yeasty and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow body with a big, long lasting, dense white head. Quite mild aroma of spices, yeast, pale malt and some fruit. Flavor is light malt, mild fruity, yeast and some kind of harsh perfume. Medium body and aftertaste. Not exactly my cup of beer.

Life is indeed good.

05.09.2015, 0,5l bottle sampled @ Bergen Ølfestival:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry floral with lovely sorachi hops in it, moss, leafs, hay, yeast, grass, coconut, lemongrass, flowers. Taste is slightly sour-ish grassy, weeds, leafs, yeast, moss, hay, flowers, minerals, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Nice enough.

I actually enjoyed this one. Not Hill Farmstead. They have a road to walk then. Still a nice first try. Looked good. Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine thick head that last. A bit mild aroma. Some yeast, fruity and citric. Ok body with an ok carbonation. A little bit on the soft side. A bit rare and unusual bitterness. Mild acidity and a mellow sweetness. Citric, yeast (a bit to mild – more Belgian/farmouse please), fruity and some spices in the flavor.
