Mohawk Brown is the New Brown är en mörk ale med mjuk karamellsötma och inslag av mörk choklad och kaffe. I typisk västkuststil har den bryggts med generösa mängder amerikansk humle som balanserar maltigheten. Passar att drickas som sällskapsdryck eller till grillat.

Draft @ SBWF 2014. Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty caramel chocolate aroma. Roasted malty caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

Draught@SBWF2014. Very deep brownish amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, nutty, wooden and some mild earthy notes. Flavour is similar, with some mild resiny and slightly tart wooden notes to it. A wellbalanced brew, with a nice nuttiness to it.

Tap at SBWF2014. Deep brown color, small steady white head, some lace. Chocolate and grass in the nose. Grass, caramel and chocolate. Clean and nice. Sweetish.

On tap at GBG Ö&W 2014. A bit hazy brownish with a small head. Aroma and taste of light roasted malt, nuts, some fruit and caramel. Medium body and carbonation. An ok beer.
