Our latest collab brew with fellow North East Brewers S43. We both love breaking into a chocolate orange at Christmas so we felt this would be the perfect addition for a nitro stout. We’ve brewed up a luxurious 7% Chocolate Orange Stout using orange peel and roasted cocoa nibs.

Sample courtesy of Danlo. Thanks. Clear very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and light orange chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Not a fan of orange chocolate. 110220

4/2/2020. Growler sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Great looking pour, almost black with a nice size light tan coloured head. Aroma of dark chocolate, chocolate orange, light roasted malt, caramel, coffee, dried fruit and a touch of liquorice. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Very nice.

Tap to growler fill from Hop Knocker, Durham. Dark brown/black in colour with reddish tinge, creamy biege foam head leaving lacing and aroma of chocolate orange, jaffa cakes, dark chocolate, malt, alittle biscuit. Taste is dark malty, chocolate orange, candied citrus peel, jaffa cake, slight biscuity hint, with tangy & earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter dark chocolate finish. Very drinkable.
