BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo from 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival, Cheers Graham! Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of sweet rhubarb, apple. Taste is sweet, fruity, rhubarb, apple, sugary, candy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. OK.

17/01/2020. From Bag In A Box at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear, very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet stewed rhubarb and apple, with a hint of cinnamon and clove. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. A little more tartness to finish, but mostly sweet with a little toffee developing. It's ok.
