750ml wired cork bottle from Brew Cavern. 2017 Vintage. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, alittle core and skin, with light earthy funk. Taste is fruity, apple, fleshy, tart, woody hint, light funk, citric, some white wine and champagne notes. Slick & spiky mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
