A super blonde pale, brewed with Norwegian kveik yeast, Mosaic and experimental HBC431 hops. Kveik yeast is centuries old and traditionally passed from family to friends and back again, is incredibly robust (can ferment at ridiculously high temperatures) and creates beers with a deliciously dry and citrus character. We've purposely not dry-hopped here to let the yeast flavours show through and compliment the delicious pair of fruity American hops. It's light and super refreshing.

330ml can from Green Dragon Ale House, Whitby. Yellow gold colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of pale malt, grain, yeast, vegetal. Taste is malty, grainy, some fruity, yeasty notes, hay, with slightly grassy and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy spicy bitter finish. Quite OK.
