1/12/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale yellow/green gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of green apple, sulphur, mucky barnyard. Light sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation.

500ml bottle from Waste Apple online. 6%. 2017 Vintage. Pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tart apple & barnyard funk. Taste is slightly sweetish, tangy apple, some tartness with alittle apple core and skin, plus orchardy barnyard funk and citric notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
