BIAB sample from the 42nd Bedford Beer & Cider Festival courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Bright golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy apple. Taste is sweetish, sharp, tart, juicy, apple with some solventy funk notes, caramel hint and soft tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
