750ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. Pours a yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of formic, woody, oaky, pear, coconut, oil. Taste is slightly tart, smokey, woody, pear, fleshy, oak, anty, oily, with coconut hints and tannic notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.
