Mór is the Gaelic/Irish word for big, our Longueville Mór Cider is fermented and aged for one year in our Apple Brandy casks. When we take our Longueville House Apple Brandy out of our French oak red wines casks after four to six years we refill the aged cask with freshly pressed apple juice form our crop of Dabinett and Michelin apples which after one year, results in significantly Mór taste, Mór depth, Mór well rounded, Mór balanced, Mór character, Mór flavour and significantly Mór enjoyment, a truly Mór delicious and Mór unique cider!

25/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear amber gold with a short lasting small fizzy white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, toffee, and more woody than brandy. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Tangy, sweet, dry finish with brandy developing. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Ciderwinkel. Orangey golden colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, wood barrel, brandy. Taste is initially sweet, juicy apple, then tangy, woody, hint of brandy, booze, with drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
