3/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of elderflower, apples, light herb, parsley and flowers. Medium plus sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Nice bit of tartness develops. Best of the Malton ciders so far.

330ml bottle from stall at Malton Food Festival. Clear pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of elderflower, citric. Taste is syrupy, sweet, floral, elderflower, apple, fleshy, citric, with some tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering elderflower notes at the finish. Quite drinkable.
