3/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy/cloudy very pale yellow with a short lasting fizzed white head. Aroma of light farmyard, stable, citrus, green rhubarb, brett and bicarbonate. Light sweetness, medium sour. Moderate body, fizzy carbonation. Sour finish.

330ml bottle from stall at Malton Food Festival. Massive gusher on opening! Cloudy pale yellow colour, short-lived big foamy white head and aroma of rhubarb. Taste is tart, rhubarb, with mellow apple, some drying acidity and a brett-like hint. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite OK.
