Cattle fed left over pomace each autumn. Wild and wine yeasts. Filtered, unpasteurised, slight sparkle and balanced with just apple juice (no added sugar). Varies a little year on year.

330ml bottle from Micro Beer Crate online. Clear gold, brief fizzy head. Sweet apple juice, some barnyard but fairly clean in aroma. Quite sweet and mellow in taste with some tannins and a light dry finish. Easy to drink pleasant cider.
