Our incredible Medium, Traditional, Craft Cider. 5% ABV with a gravity of 1.015 made with old English varietals grown in a hand-maintained Somerset orchard. This cider was designed with alehouses and private freehouses in mind - affordable, delicious, real cider. Pours clear, golden in colour and has medium sweetness with light acidity and tannin. Serves great at cellar and room temperature.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Clear golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of citric, apple notes. Taste is woody, apple, formic acid, citric, then sweetish with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable
